65% Grenache Noir and 35% Syrah are in a deep ruby symbiosis in this spicy wine, with elegant nose and aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, raspberry and thyme. Velvety textured, with super length, it delivers complex, good structure and dominated garrigue flowers, raspberry and liquorice. Something like a taste of a good life.
The wine is a traditional blend in Southern Rhône Valley from Grenache Noir 65% and Syrah 35%. The vineyards are planted on
limestone clay soil and double guyot pruned.

Pairs exquisitely with recipes with red meat,
turkey, stew and different long cooked
dishes, blue cheese and aged yellow cheese
Dark ruby red color of the wine with purple
reflections and medium intensive but elegant
aromas of ripe red and black berries, currants,
cherries, blackberries, blueberries and notes
of sweet spices and wild thyme.
On the palate wine is dry with medium acidity,
high tannins, full body and high alcohol with
flavors of red and black berries and hints of
spiciness followed by lingering finish.
Complex blend of 5 black grape varieties of the Rhône Valley, 20% Grenache Noir, 20%
Syrah, 20% Carignan, 20% Cinsault and 20% Mourvedre. These 40-year-old vines are
planted on sandy loam soils which give them
freshness, pruned on double guyot and
harvested at perfect ripeness.
